Our bookstore features only resources that our consultants enthusiastically recommend to the churches we work with. While this doesn’t mean we agree with every idea expressed in every book, when a resource appears in our bookstore, that means we believe it is of great value in helping churches become healthier and more effective.
Fast service: Most orders received by noon on a business day (M-F) are filled the same day. If an item is back ordered, we will let you know and tell you when you can expect it.
Low shipping cost: You pay a flat fee of $5 per order for shipping within the U.S. for standard shipping, and you get FREE SHIPPING on standard shipping for prepaid orders of more than $75. For faster delivery, choose Priority Shipping and pay based on the amount of your order. Canadian customers pay a flat $7 for standard shipping. Customers outside the U.S. and Canada pay based on the amount of the order.
Quantity discounts: We offer quantity discounts on our bestselling items. If you are interested in a bulk discount on another item, call or email us and we can quote you a price.
Choice of payment methods: We offer five convenient payment options:
- Credit Card - By selecting credit card payment, you can use your Visa, MasterCard, or Discover card to securely pay for your order. (If you wish to use an American Express card, please select the PayPal payment option.)
- PayPal - Select this option if you want to make a payment from your PayPal account balance, make an electronic payment from you checking account, or use your American Express card.
- “Bill Me” - For orders of less than $75 in the U.S. and Canada, you can request that we enclose an invoice with your order. You have 30 days to pay. We’ll trust you. There is a finance charge of 1.5% a month ($.75 minimum) for overdue accounts.
- Phone orders - If you prefer to phone your order, we take both credit card (VISA, MasterCard, and Discover) and “Bill Me” orders by phone. Call 620-367-2689 between 9 and 5 (Central Time), Monday through Friday.
- Check/Money Order - If your order is more than $75 and you prefer not to pay by credit card or electronic payment, the old fashioned way still works. Fill out your order, select "Check/Money Order" as your preferred payment method, and mail us your check. We will ship your order as soon as we receive your payment
